Delivery Dates
All delivery dates provided by www.masticaspaceconnection.com are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed upon in writing. Estimated delivery periods are subject to the Orderer fulfilling their contractual obligations, including timely provision of any necessary information or cooperation. If delivery delays occur due to circumstances within our control, and an expressly agreed delivery date is missed, the Orderer may withdraw from the contract. However, this is only permissible after providing a written notice of a grace period of no less than 15 business days, and if the delivery still does not occur within this period. Deliveries on Saturdays are possible only upon prior agreement and may incur additional charges.

Order Cancellation
Once payment has been confirmed and a tracking number has been generated, order modifications or cancellations are no longer possible. We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before proceeding with payment.
